Written funding plan
- Full refund if you cancel before we start preparing your plan, or if we cannot deliver it within 5 working days of your payment and plan request.
- No refund once the plan has been delivered, because it is a custom document prepared for you.
- A refund is never linked to whether a bank or scheme authority approves your application.
How to request a refund
Email swiftsolutionsraj@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 95358 96633 with your Razorpay payment ID. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Fee adjustment
If you go on to take our full loan or subsidy package, the plan fee is adjusted against that package.
